How it works

AI motion design, written as code

LaunchFlim is an AI-native motion design tool. You say what the film is for and hand over your material; the AI writes the animation as code, and LaunchFlim’s engine renders it into a finished film with sound, in 16:9, 9:16 and 4:5 at once. Because the film is code rather than generated pixels, every word stays exact and every change is precise.

What you can make

Launch film

A 30-second hero film for your website, a launch post or YouTube.

Social cut

A 15-second portrait film for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Teaser

An 8-second teaser for stories, countdowns and event screens.

AI director

The AI designs and animates the whole film as one continuous piece, watches it, and refines it once. About 10–20 minutes: Sonnet on the free plan, Opus on paid plans.

Logo animation

Every film brings your logo in by moving its own parts, never a fade; a PNG is traced into vectors first. On Standard and Pro the AI designs an original one for your brand, used in every film after.

Four steps

  1. Give it a brief and your material

Paste a public website, upload an asset pack (your logo, screens and product images), or drop in a screen recording of up to 3 minutes. LaunchFlim reads your brand’s colours, type, logo and copy from what you give it.

  2. The AI writes the film

It writes the storyboard: shots, words and timing, all on the beat. Where no built-in element will do, it writes the animation itself as code: kinetic type, masks and reveals, shapes and paths, layered interfaces. Three cuts are made at once, the best fit first.

  3. The engine renders it

The engine plays the code frame by frame, times sound effects to the picture and synthesises a score, checks every frame for overlapping or cut-off text, and renders 60 fps video with motion blur.

  4. Edit, then export

Change any word, colour or picture in the editor, or ask for a change in plain words (“make the opening punchier”). Export free 720p drafts with a watermark, or 1080p60 H.264 without one on a paid plan.

Questions

What is LaunchFlim?
An AI-native motion design tool. The AI writes animation as code and LaunchFlim’s engine renders it into finished films for launches, social ads and teasers, in 16:9, 9:16 and 4:5.
Is it an AI video generator?
Not in the usual sense. Generative video models paint pixels; LaunchFlim’s AI writes the animation as code, which the engine renders. That is why text stays exact and changing one word does not redraw the rest of the film.
Does it work in Chinese?
Yes. The app and the films work in English and Traditional Chinese, and Chinese text is set in a real typeface (Noto Sans TC), so every character renders correctly.
What do I need to start?
A Google account and your material: a public website, an asset pack or a screen recording. Nothing to install; it runs in the browser.
How long does a film take?
Reading a URL takes about 2 minutes; the AI director designs and animates the whole film in about 10–20 minutes. A 720p draft export takes about 3 minutes per format.
Which formats and quality do I get?
16:9, 9:16 and 4:5 from the same storyboard. The free plan exports 720p drafts with a watermark; paid plans export 1080p at 60 fps (H.264) without one.
Can I edit the film afterwards?
Yes. Change words, colours and pictures in the editor, or describe the change in plain words and the AI rewrites the storyboard (1 AI credit each time).
How much does it cost?
Previews, editing and 720p drafts are free. Standard is $19 a month, Pro $49 a month (paid plans are written by Opus), or buy a single film for $29.
Is my material safe?
Your material stays yours. LaunchFlim uses it only to make your films and passes it only to the processors that help provide the service, such as the AI model provider; you can delete it any time. See the privacy policy.
