Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-12
LaunchFlim (launchflim.com and app.launchflim.com, “the Service”) is provided by TREKX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a company or team, you confirm you may bind that organisation to them.
1. The Service
The Service captures product screens and brand material from a URL or an asset pack you provide and makes product launch films from them, with editing, an AI director (processed by third-party AI models), exports and team workspaces. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18, or of legal age where you live.
- You sign in with Google; you are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- A workspace’s owners manage its members and payments; members use its content according to their role (owner, editor, viewer).
3. Your content
The URLs, screenshots, recorded frames, asset packs, logos, images and text you provide (“your content”) remain yours. You confirm that:
- you own the brand and product concerned, or are authorised to use its brand, screens and material;
- your content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- your content contains no one else’s personal data or recognisable likeness unless that person agreed;
- asset packs contain test or demo data only — no real customers’ data, passwords or keys.
You license us to store, process and render your content as needed to provide the Service, and to pass it to the processors that help provide it (such as AI model providers — see the Privacy policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account; backups are cleared on their own schedule.
4. Your films
You may use the films made from your content freely, including commercially. The Service’s engine, templates, interface, music and code remain ours. Free-plan exports carry a watermark. AI-written storyboards, copy and animation can be wrong or unsuitable; review them before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.
5. What you may not do
- anything unlawful, infringing, impersonating or misleading;
- capture sites you have no right to use, or other people’s private data behind a login;
- interfere with or get around the Service’s limits (credits, watermarks, access controls), or access it in bulk by automation;
- upload malware or try to reach data that is not yours.
We may remove such content and suspend or close the account concerned.
6. Payments, subscriptions and credits
- Prices are in US dollars; tax for your region is added. Payments are handled by Stripe (where applicable, Stripe’s Link may act as the reseller and issue the receipt).
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan & usage → Manage billing and invoices; the plan runs to the end of the period and nothing more is charged.
- An upgrade starts at once and the difference for the rest of the period is charged then; a downgrade starts at the end of the period.
- A plan’s AI credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; purchased credits are valid for 12 months; a film pass is valid for 30 days. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
- When an AI action fails, the credits it took are returned to your account.
- We may change prices; a subscription’s new price is announced in advance and applies from its next renewal.
7. Refunds
See the Refund policy. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or end your use for a breach of these Terms, where the law requires, or if we stop operating the Service; if we end a paid subscription because the Service stops, we refund the unused part of its period pro rata.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular marketing or business result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits or data), and our total liability for the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes about them or the Service go to the courts of Wyoming. Mandatory consumer protection rules where you live are not affected.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and will change the date on this page; we give reasonable notice of material changes before they apply (for example by e-mail or in the Service). Using the Service after a change applies means you accept it.
