Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your name, e-mail address and picture from Google sign-in, and the interface language you choose.
• Your content: the URLs you paste, the public pages and brand material we capture from them, the asset packs you upload (screenshots, recorded frames, images, text), and the films, storyboard versions and brand kits you make.
• Usage records: AI usage and credit records, exports, and job logs kept to fix problems.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a Stripe customer ID, the subscription’s status, the plan and invoice IDs; we never see or store your card number.
• Cookies and browser storage: your sign-in session, an anonymous ID that keeps the films you make before signing in, your chosen workspace and language; the website also remembers in your browser whether you have seen its opening. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We count visits to the website and the app with Vercel Web Analytics: it sets no cookies and records only aggregate data — the page path (without film IDs, invitation codes or URL parameters), the referring site, country and device type; the hash used to tell visits apart is discarded after 24 hours and cannot identify you.

2. How we use it

• to provide the Service: capture, analyse and render films, run the AI director, deliver exports;
• billing and credits;
• security, abuse prevention and fixing problems;
• answering you.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

3. Processors that help us

We share data with these processors only as needed to provide the Service:

• Google: sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and the app, and cookieless visit counts (Web Analytics).
• Neon: the database (Singapore).
• Cloudflare: file storage (R2) and domain services.
• Fly.io: the servers that capture pages and render films (Singapore).
• Anthropic: the AI director. When you use it, your product screens, brand material and storyboards are sent to Anthropic’s Claude models for processing; under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train models by default.
• Stripe: payments and billing (where applicable, Stripe’s Link acts as the reseller).

4. Keeping and deleting

We keep your account and content while your account exists. You can delete films, packs and brands any time; deleting your account (Settings → Account) deletes your personal workspace and any team workspace where you are the only member, with its films, files, packs and brands. Backups are cleared on their own schedule; payment and billing records are kept by Stripe and us as the law requires.

5. Your rights

• download your data: Settings → Account → Download my data;
• delete your account: Settings → Account;
• correct something or ask a question: write to us.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability; write to the address above and we will answer within the time the law sets.

6. International processing

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States, Singapore and other places where our processors operate.

7. Children

The Service is not for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date on this page; we give reasonable notice of material changes in advance.
