A failed AI action gives its credits back. A plan’s credits reset each period and don’t roll over; extra credits last 12 months.
Questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel in Settings → Plan & usage → Manage billing and invoices; the plan runs to the end of the period, then you are back on Free and nothing more is charged.
- Can I get a refund?
- LaunchFlim is a digital service, available as soon as you pay, and not refundable (except where the law requires). See the Refund policy.
- How do upgrades and downgrades work?
- An upgrade starts at once: the difference for the rest of the period is charged then, and your credits are topped up to the new plan. A downgrade starts at the end of the period.
- Which currency? What about tax?
- Prices are in US dollars. Checkout may show the amount in your local currency; sales tax or VAT for your region is worked out at checkout. Buying for a company? Tick “I’m purchasing as a business” at checkout and add its name and tax ID; the invoice Stripe sends shows both.
- Is paying safe?
- Payments are handled by Stripe. LaunchFlim never sees or stores your card number.
- How do teams work?
- A Pro team workspace has up to 5 members — owners, editors and viewers; only owners pay and manage the plan.
